Throughout the lifetime of your subscription, you will receive free product updates. By default PC Health Advisor checks for updates every time you load Windows. You can also disable automatic updates and check manually if you prefer.

Auto or Custom Updates

You can set PC Health Advisor to check for updates automatically within a one week period or you can create a Custom update where you select one or more days of the week and the time of the update.


To configure Auto Updates:

  1. From the program window, click the "Info" button (small "i" button next to "Settings") located at the top right.
  2. Click the Update Settings button.
  3. Select the Auto Update option.
  4. Save changes by clicking Save.
  5. If you have Auto Updates enabled, you will have the option to postpone an update up to 6 times.


To configure Custom Updates:

  1. From the program window, click the "Info" button (small "i" button next to "Settings") located at the top right.
  2. Click the Update Settings button.
  3. Select the Custom Update option.
  4. Modify the settings to select the start time and day(s) of the week for updates to run.
  5. Save changes by clicking Save.

Disable Updates

To manually check for updates, you can disable automatic or custom updates in PC Health Advisor.

To Disable Updates:

  1. From the program window, click the "Info" button (small "i" button next to "Settings") located at the top right.
  2. Click the Update Settings button.
  3. Select the Disable Update option.
  4. Save changes by clicking Save.
