To add additional computers/seat counts to an existing Digital Care account:


  1. Ensure you are logged into your Digital Care account, and select the Info tab on the left.
  2. Then choose My Account
  3. Near the bottom right of the window, click the link that says “Visit Your Account Online”. This will open a web-page in your primary internet browser.
  4. At the bottom right of the web-page, there should be a button that says “Purchase More Seats”. Select this option and proceed with the purchase.
