EasyFileViewer cannot save the files, but it can help you extract content to save with other programs.

If you are viewing a document:

EasyFileViewer can view a wide range of files, but it cannot make changes to these files or save them. If you are viewing a document you can use the Select All function, and then the copy and paste function of your computer to move the contents from EasyFileViewer to a program you can print from.

For more information on how to do this, please see our Document View information page here.

If you are viewing an image:

In order to save or edit a copy of an image being viewed with EasyFileViewer you will need to load that image into another program. If the image is in a format you cannot open with any other programs, you can take a screen capture of the image in EasyFileViewer.

  1. Make sure your screen is showing what you want to capture.
  2. Press the PrtScn or Print Screen key (next to F12).
  3. Open Paint (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint) or Microsoft Word.
  4. Click Edit in the top-left corner of the window and choose Paste.
  5. Save the document.
