After completing a scan, with PC Health Advisor there is a summary of detected items and you can review the items in the list.

Detected issues are generally invalid registry items or shortcuts that are associated with non-existing folders. However, there may be some entries that are valid. We recommend removing items that you know are invalid. If you run into issues with your computer after removing items, you can restore the items that were fixed.
All identified issues are selected for removal by default. You have the option to view the items and the location of each, modify which items are selected, send items to the Ignore list, or you can fix them.

Reviewing Items

The main Scan categories are displayed with a description and total number of Issues detected.

You can display and review all the items in each of the Scan categories.

To view the detected issues for any category:

  • Click the Edit link associated with the category.
  • Use the green navigation arrows located at the top right of the window to go to the next category.


With each of the results pages items are collapsed for easier viewing. You can click to expand items to review the entire list.

If malware is detected it is listed first followed by the category with the highest number of detected items to the category with the lowest number of detected items.

To return to the Overall Scan results page:


  • Click the Overall Results button that appears in the bottom left of the window.

Now that you have examined the results, you can select which items you want to have PC Health Advisor fix.
