Why is my device not being recognized?

Windows Explorer must show the connected device as a drive letter in order to be recognized by Data Recovery Pro.
 

Please follow the instructions below in order to help ensure Data Recovery Pro can recognize the external device:
 

1. Connect the device to your computer.
2. Turn the device on.
3. Wait until your computer recognizes that the device has been connected.
4. Open Data Recovery Pro.
 

Data Recovery Pro should now recognize your external device.
