I renewed one of the products from my bundle. Why is the other one still expired?

Each license must be renewed separately, regardless of whether it was purchased as part of a bundle. At present, we do not offer package renewals; we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced at this time.

To renew your additional keys, please open the software in question, click on About or (i). On this page, you will see an option to renew next to the license key.

Alternatively, if you have received any emails offering to renew, please click on the link provided within this offer.
