Follow the instructions below to change any settings related to your software renewal process.
Step One. Create an Account with SafeCart, our ecommerce partner:
- Please go to their site: https://www.safecart.com/new-login/
- Fill out your information exactly as you entered it at the time of purchase. It is very important the information be identical.
- Enter a password.
- Enter your password again in the Confirm Password area.
- Lastly, click Create Account to complete the process.
Step Two. Log in and change your renewal settings.
- Log in with the password and user name created above.
- Click the Edit button next to the name of the product you'd like to change the renewal for.
- Click the Unsubscribe button directly above Product Names.
- Click the OK button when you get an Are you sure? notification.
