The Startup Manager lets you control what programs are run automatically as you start your computer and stay running in the background.
The Startup Manager displays a list of programs that are set to run every time your computer boots, and allows you to choose which ones you want to keep. Many programs automatically set themselves to run every time you start your computer, and then continue running in the background; this can slow your computer down both during startup, and afterwards.
To use the Startup Manager:
2. Click Startup Manager
3. Remove the Checkmark next to any entries you want to disable from running at startup.
If you wish to remove a startup item permanently, click the red X button next to the item.
You can also use the Disable All and Enable All buttons to perform mass changes to your startup items.
