If you receive a message stating the seat count is exceeded or the license is only meant for one computer, this error is commonly due to an anti-piracy feature of our software.
Please note that one license is valid for one computer only, but can be moved to any computer at any time. To do this please remove the license key from the old computer first.
To remove your license key:
- From the Main window, press the (i) button at the top right.
- Click the Unlicense button located at the bottom of the window.
- Click Yes to remove your license key.
Now you can enter your license key in any other computer.
